Susan has been providing financial services support to Bob and his clients for the past ten years. Susan works out of our Sandwich, MA office. Her administrative responsibilities include setting up appointments for Bob, preparing paperwork for clients, answering the telephone, maintaining database reports to monitor appointments and IRA distributions, and providing service and support to Bob’s clients. Prior to joining Bob’s team, Susan worked in commercial banking for over 30 years, most recently as Sr. Vice President in Product Management at Bank of America in Boston. Susan lives in Mashpee, MA, with her husband, Charles, and her dog, Bogey. She enjoys gardening, biking, cooking, eating out, and traveling.
